Came to Spencer at 46, overweight, tired, unhealthy and miserable from failed diets and health plans. Had an intro call with Spencer on the Friday, and he just got me. We’ve also had some shared experiences and I was keen not to have a “one size fits all” plan. I needed something that worked for my physiology and after a chat, I signed ip with him on a 12 week plan. He gave me all the tools, has a really great app that links to all normal apps (Garmin, Withings etc) and off I went. In 10 weeks (as of writing this), I’ve lost 12KG. And not from anything stupid. From consistent daily exercise, eating the right things and Spencer providing guidance and advice on hand (pretty much 24/7) when things got frustrating. When I plateaued for a little while, he called me and has been on hand with advice to kick it back off (and it did). Spencer cares about you getting the results you want. He is bright, well read and understands women of “a certain age”. Weight loss for women in their 40’s and 50’s is so different in comparison to younger woman. He’s made it his speciality and it shows in the results. The group is so kind, friendly and encouraging too – and the live calls (special topics that Spencer chooses based on what’s been happening with us that week), plus q&a sessions are brill. The fact that he is on hand pretty much every day for a call or advice has been the key to my weight loss. Looking forward to continuing my journey with him and thoroughly recommend signing up. What is the menopause?

The menopause is when you no longer get periods due to lower hormone levels. This can happen at any age but it normally occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. It can include some very uncomfortable symptoms such as hot flushes, vaginal dryness, night sweats and of course weight gain. These symptoms can cause you to become unhappy with yourself and our goal is to get you feeling like yourself again.
